About the Role

Our client, a pioneering insurance group, is seeking an accomplished and visionary Head of Digital Insurance Solutions. This is a senior leadership position, fully remote, responsible for defining and executing the digital strategy across all insurance offerings. You will lead the transformation and innovation of our client's digital platforms, products, and customer experiences, driving engagement and growth in the digital realm. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in digital strategy, InsurTech, product management, and driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives, ideally within the insurance sector. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for leveraging technology to revolutionize the insurance industry. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital insurance for a leading organization, working remotely to influence operations and strategy across the board, including support for teams in areas like Randburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for the insurance business, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative digital insurance products and services.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital strategy, product management, or a senior leadership role, with a significant focus on digital transformation.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products and services, preferably in the financial services or insurance sector.
• Deep understanding of InsurTech, digital marketing, customer experience design, and data analytics.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing complex digital projects and cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
