You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales and operations in an agile environment to translate market insights into customer-centric products and drive digital transformation in the insurance space.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience with digital products.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and launching digital products.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital insurance products.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify product opportunities.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.
• Champion the customer experience throughout the product development process.
