Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business, Commerce, Finance or equivalent.
• FAIS-compliant with regulatory requirements.
• RE5 qualification (where applicable).
• Proven leadership in financial services, sales or related industry.
• Track record of achieving sales and customer service targets.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building.
