You will drive growth, ensure exceptional customer experiences, uphold governance standards, and develop future leaders in a fast-paced, regulated financial sector.

You will shape local market growth, manage risk and operational excellence while building strong client relationships and delivering sustainable business results for communities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degrees in Banking, Business Administration, or Finance.
• FAIS-compliant with relevant regulatory requirements.
• RE5 qualification (where applicable).
• Proven leadership experience within financial services, sales, banking or related industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance and governance principles.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
