Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Change Management Project Manager to guide organizational transformations and implement strategic changes in Mahikeng, North West. You will partner with HR, IT, and operations to drive adoption and deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong change leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering successful initiatives. You will design strategies, train teams, and monitor progress to ensure minimal disruption and sustained impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or organizational development, preferably with project management experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing organizational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for organizational initiatives.
• Assess the impact of change, identify potential resistance, and develop strategies to mitigate it.
• Create and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
