Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Consultant focused on Change Management to support organizations through transitions in Polokwane, Limpopo. The role emphasizes developing change strategies, engaging stakeholders, and delivering training to ensure smooth adoption of transitions.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of ADKAR or Kotter frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing change management strategies.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct change impact assessments to understand potential challenges and employee reactions.
• Design and deliver communication strategies to inform and engage stakeholders throughout the change process.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to equip employees with new skills and knowledge.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to build support and address concerns.
• Identify and manage risks associated with organizational change.
• Monitor the effectiveness of change interventions and make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure change management is integrated into overall project plans.
