Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 4 years in change management, organizational development, or related project management with a strong change component.
• Proven experience developing and executing change management plans for complex initiatives.
• Solid understanding of change management principles, models (ADKAR, Kotter), and best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to influence and establish rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Experience in designing and delivering training materials.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify resistance points.
• Develop and implement robust change management strategies, plans, and methodologies.
• Create and execute communication plans to ensure clear messaging to all stakeholders.
• Design and deliver training programs to equip employees for new processes or systems.
