Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent for our client, a respected financial services institution in Centurion, Gauteng. You will assist clients with account inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly while upholding compliance standards.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude. Based in Centurion, you will contribute to high service levels and client satisfaction.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and banking software.
• Ability to handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Based in Centurion or able to commute.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries related to financial products and services via phone and email.
• Provide clear and accurate information on account balances, transactions, and policies.
• Assist clients with opening new accounts, closing accounts, and other service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to their accounts promptly and effectively.
• Process customer requests and update account information accurately.
• Adhere to all company regulations and compliance standards.
• Identify customer needs and suggest relevant products or services.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
