The Recruitment Council is seeking a strategic CBC Product Manager in Pretoria to lead the management, enhancement, and growth of Rewards products, including 1Lifestyle Plus. You will oversee rebranding efforts, monitor performance, and improve the overall client proposition.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of product or business management experience, strong project management and financial acumen, and a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

In this dynamic role, you will monitor, analyse, and report on the Perks and 1Lifestyle Plus products, oversee rebranding initiatives, and actively improve the overall client proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end life cycle for products, deliver product implementations and changes, and lead product innovation. You will demonstrate an excellent ability to define and implement successful products while developing compelling client value propositions.
• Performance & Reporting: Track product performance, implement tactical initiatives to drive success, and take responsibility for daily, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting.
• Marketing & Sales Collaboration: Provide insights to drive marketing and product usage campaigns while balancing the cost to the company, and track the performance of all sales and marketing campaigns to ensure ROI. You will also work with various sales teams to improve sales by providing customer insights and input into sales scripts.
• Stakeholder & Platform Management: Liaise and negotiate with third-party service providers for potential solutions and manage third-party suppliers and clients. Additionally, you will manage relevant Apps and mobisites, prepare and manage budgets, and utilize project management to enable effective delivery.

Requirements:

• Qualifications & Experience: A relevant commercial degree alongside a minimum of 5 years of product or business management experience.
• Core Skills: Strong project management skills, solid financial acumen, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong relationship management skills.
• Personal Attributes: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with good attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Work Style: The ability to influence cross-functional teams and a high level of comfort working in a constantly changing, pressurized environment.
