Job summary

The Recruitment Council is seeking a CBC Product Manager to lead the management, enhancement, and growth of Rewards products, including 1Lifestyle Plus. You will monitor and report on perks, oversee rebranding initiatives, and continuously improve client propositions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in product or business management, excellent communication, and strong cross-functional influence to drive success in a changing market.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to drive campaigns and measure ROI.
• Liaise with third-party service providers and manage stakeholders, budgets, and project delivery.

In this dynamic role, you will monitor, analyse, and report on the Perks and 1Lifestyle Plus products, oversee rebranding initiatives, and actively improve the overall client proposition. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end life cycle for products, deliver product implementations and changes, and lead product innovation. You will demonstrate an excellent ability to define and implement successful products while developing compelling client value propositions.
• Performance & Reporting: Track product performance, implement tactical initiatives to drive success, and take responsibility for daily, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting.
• Marketing & Sales Collaboration: Provide insights to drive marketing and product usage campaigns while balancing the cost to the company, and track the performance of all sales and marketing campaigns to ensure ROI. You will also work with various sales teams to improve sales by providing customer insights and input into sales scripts.
• Stakeholder & Platform Management: Liaise and negotiate with third-party service providers for potential solutions and manage third-party suppliers and clients. Additionally, you will manage relevant Apps and mobisites, prepare and manage budgets, and utilize project management to enable effective delivery.

Requirements:

• Qualifications & Experience: A relevant commercial degree alongside a minimum of 5 years of product or business management experience.
• Core Skills: Strong project management skills, solid financial acumen, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong relationship management skills.
• Personal Attributes: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with good attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
