Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking a Product Manager to own a business-critical product used by thousands daily. You will translate customer needs and business goals into features, run discovery, build roadmaps, launch features, and analyse results to drive measurable impact.

You will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to simplify complexity, defend priorities, and turn ambiguity into actionable plans while continuously improving the end-to-end customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own a business-critical product used by thousands of customers every day


• Remove friction from customer journeys faster than people can say, \"Why is this taking so long?\"


• Translate customer needs, business goals, and technical realities into products that make a measurable difference


• Run discovery, build roadmaps, launch features, analyse results, repeat


• Politely challenge assumptions, protect priorities, and occasionally explain for the 47th time why not everything can be a Priority 1


• Turn complexity into simplicity and ambiguity into action


• Help build products customers love and stakeholders brag about

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• You've spent a few years in Product Management and have the battle scars, launch stories, and prioritisation debates to prove it


• You know how to take a product from \"we think this is a good idea\" to \"look at the impact we've made.\"


• Roadmaps, discovery, prioritisation, customer interviews, and data don't scare you. In fact, they probably feature in most of your favourite work stories


• You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and can turn a vague problem statement into a clear plan without breaking into a cold sweat


• You understand customer journeys and have a knack for spotting friction before customers start telling everyone about it


• You've worked hand-in-hand with engineers and technical teams and can confidently bridge the gap between business goals and technical reality


• You know how to manage stakeholders with different priorities, different opinions, and occasionally very different definitions of \"urgent.\"


• You balance customer obsession with commercial thinking because great products need both


• Experience in payments, fintech, digital platforms, gaming, membership products, or other regulated environments would be a bonus, but we're more interested in how you think than where you've worked
