Job summary

The Recruitment Council is seeking a CBC Product Manager to lead the management, enhancement, and growth of Rewards products, including 1Lifestyle Plus. You will monitor and report on perks, oversee rebranding initiatives, and continuously improve client propositions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in product or business management, excellent communication, and strong cross-functional influence to drive success in a changing market.

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant commercial degree and at least 5 years in product or business management.
• Strong project management, analytical, and financial skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product strategy and lifecycle for Rewards products and 1Lifestyle Plus.
• Track performance and report on metrics on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to drive campaigns and measure ROI.
• Liaise with third-party service providers and manage stakeholders, budgets, and project delivery.
