Job summary

The Recruitment Council is seeking a strategic CBC Product Manager in Pretoria to lead the management, enhancement, and growth of Rewards products, including 1Lifestyle Plus. You will oversee rebranding efforts, monitor performance, and improve the overall client proposition.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of product or business management experience, strong project management and financial acumen, and a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of product or business management experience.
• Experience managing product lifecycles and delivering client value.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end lifecycle for rewards products and drive product innovations.
• Performance & Reporting: Track performance and deliver monthly and quarterly reports.
• Marketing & Sales Collaboration: Provide insights to support campaigns and sales scripts.
• Stakeholder & Platform Management: Liaise with third parties and manage related apps and budgets.
