The role will focus on the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product implementation, innovation, performance tracking and the development of initiatives that enhance product usage and the overall client proposition.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Innovation

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of relevant products.
• Drive product implementation and changes.
• Lead product innovation and project management initiatives.

• Develop client value propositions.
• Manage the relevant Apps and Mobi sites.

Performance & Commercial Management

• Monitor, analyze and report on product performance.
• Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly performance reports.
• Implement tactical initiatives to drive product performance.
• Provide insights to support marketing and product usage campaigns while balancing cost to company.
• Track the performance of sales and marketing campaigns to ensure ROI.
• Manage and prepare budgets.

Sales, Marketing & Stakeholder Management

• Work with various sales teams to improve sales through customer insights and input into sales scripts.
• Liaise and negotiate with third-party service providers regarding potential solutions.
