Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of catering staff during events, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Manage the setup of event spaces, including food and beverage stations, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Oversee the service of food and beverages, ensuring timely and courteous delivery to guests.
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are strictly followed by the team during service.
• Liaise with clients and event organizers on-site to address any needs or issues that may arise.
• Lead the breakdown and cleanup process after events, ensuring all equipment is accounted for and stored correctly.
