Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct catering staff during event setup, service, and breakdown.
• Ensure adherence to service standards, presentation guidelines, and hygiene protocols.
• Manage event timelines and coordinate with kitchen staff, event planners, and clients.
• Train and mentor new catering staff, providing ongoing performance feedback.
• Address and resolve any client or guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory of service equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or damages.
