About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organized and experienced Catering Operations Manager to oversee their remote catering services, based in Welkom . This role is fully remote, focusing on the strategic planning, logistical coordination, and quality assurance of catering events delivered across various locations. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with external vendors and service providers, and ensure seamless execution from booking to completion. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of catering event logistics , from initial client consultation and contract negotiation to final service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service quality, efficiency, and profitability for remote events.
• Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for food, beverages, equipment, and staffing.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and all relevant health and safety regulations across all managed events.
• Utilize event management software and technology to streamline operations, track bookings, and manage budgets effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
