Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a detail-oriented Cashbook and Creditors Clerk to join our finance team in South Africa. The successful candidate will maintain cashbook records, process supplier transactions, and manage creditor ledgers with accuracy.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, Grade 12, and proficiency in Excel and accounting systems. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, are essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric with strong numerical ability.
• Advantage: relevant finance or accounting qualification.
• 3–5 years in a creditors/cashbook role with exposure to accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate cashbook records and supplier ledgers.
• Process supplier invoices and reconcile accounts payable.
• Support cashbook and creditor management processes to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
