Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to manage supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payment runs from our Cape Town Northern Suburbs offices. The role supports month-end close and ensures accuracy and compliance with financial controls.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in creditors or AP, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Sage, Pastel or Xero. Immediate availability is preferred to support a busy finance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience within a Creditors or Accounts Payable environment
• Proven supplier reconciliation experience
• Experience processing supplier payments
• Strong bank reconciliation experience
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Sage, Pastel, Xero or similar accounting software experience advantageous
• Immediately available candidates will receive preference
• Open to candidates willing to work in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town
