Qualifications

• Experience as Creditors Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk.
• Solid understanding of the full creditors cycle.
• Strong reconciliation and numerical skills.

• Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments accurately and timeously.
• Reconcile supplier statements to the general ledger.
• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
• Prepare payment batches and ensure suppliers are paid on time.
• Manage supplier queries and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Perform creditor reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Ensure all transactions are correctly authorised and supported by relevant documentation.
• Maintain accurate creditor records and filing systems.
• Assist with month-end creditor procedures and reporting.
• Support the finance team with ad hoc accounting duties.
