Job summary

Standard Bank Group in Sasolburg is seeking a front-line cashier to attend to cash-related matters for walk-in customers and ATM services, while forming an accurate assessment of demand to deliver in line with client experience requirements.

You will work with the branch banking team, be familiar with cash-handling policies, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth teller operations and adherence to procedures. A minimum of 1-2 years branch banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of branch banking experience, understanding policies and procedures for telling/frontline support; bulk cash and ATMs.
• Familiar with the legal aspects regarding cash handling.
• Knowledge of other departments and their functions within a branch.

Responsibilities

• Attend to cash-related matters for walk-in customers and ATMs while assessing demand to meet client experience requirements.
• Apply bank policies and procedures to ensure accurate cash handling and customer service.
• Coordinate with other branch functions to support cash operations and customer flows.
