Job summary

Standard Bank Group in Limpopo North is seeking a Branch Operations professional to attend to cash-related matters for walk-in customers and ATMs, while ensuring service quality in line with client experience standards.

The role requires 3-4 years of branch banking experience, knowledge of tellers/frontline procedures, foreign exchange, bulk cash, and ATM operations, plus familiarity with cheque-related laws and branch interdepartmental processes.

Qualifications

• Secondary/High school/A levels/Matric required.
• National Certificate in Banking (NQF5 FAIS Aligned Qualification) required.

Responsibilities

To attend to any cash related matter (e.g., walk-in customers, ATM's) whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience and laid down requirements.

Experience

• Branch Operations
• 3-4 yearsPrevious branch banking experience, understanding the bank's laid-down policies and procedures related to telling / frontline support; foreign exchange; bulk cash and ATMs.
• Familiar with the legal aspects regarding cheques and cash handling.
• Knowledge of the functions of other departments within the branch.
