Job summary

Standard Bank Group in Northern Cape, Victoria West, is seeking a client-focused specialist to take demand from Personal, Prestige and Private Banking clients for banking matters, from product questions to account activities.

You will assess and respond in a one-and-done manner, ensuring compliance with FAIS where applicable, and support opening of accounts, statements and debit orders while upholding bank policies.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years sales and service experience.
• Experience in branch banking or contact centre environment with good understanding of bank processes, policies and products.
• If no FAIS experience, would then need to operate under supervision.

• Take demand from Personal, Prestige and Private Banking clients for banking matters.
• Open of relevant accounts, statements, debit order information, etc., while assessing and acting on it in a one-and-done manner.

To take demand from Personal, Prestige and Private Banking clients for banking matters ranging from product questions to client account activities (e.g., opening of relevant accounts, statements, debit order information, etc.), whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a one-and-done manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience, product and legislative (e.g., FAIS) requirements.

Qualifications
