Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in case management or social welfare services.
• In-depth knowledge of social support systems, community resources, and relevant legislation in Gauteng.
• Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report-writing abilities.
• Proficiency in case management software and standard office applications.
