Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Case Manager or in a similar social support role.

• Excellent assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation skills.
• Proficiency in client record-keeping and reporting.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
