The ideal candidate has 5+ years of direct sales or account management experience, a proven track record of exceeding quotas, and strong presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct sales or account management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Cape Town territory.
• Manages full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and tailor solutions.
• Forecast pipelines and report progress to management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to meet client needs.
