Salt is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team in Cape Town. You will identify new business opportunities, engage potential customers, and help build a robust sales pipeline.

The role offers exposure to technology sales and business development, with an emphasis on outbound outreach, lead qualification, and collaboration with Account Executives to convert leads into opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, International Relations, Law, or related field.
• Academic achievements or graduating with honors advantageous.
• CRM experience, particularly HubSpot, is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Research and identify prospective customers to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify leads and assess potential customer fit.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for qualified prospects.
• Manage and grow a personal pipeline while meeting activity and performance targets.
• Follow up with prospects and re-engage previous opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to convert leads into opportunities.
• Track, report, and analyze sales activities and performance metrics.
• Continuously improve outreach strategies and sales approaches.
