Job summary

Fresha in Cape Town seeks a Sales Team Lead to convert inbound/outbound leads into Fresha partners. You will guide the sales process from first contact to close in a hands-on, target-driven role, collaborating with Commercial and Onboarding teams to ensure a great partner journey.

The role requires 4+ years in sales (B2B), excellent communication, and a proactive, curious mindset in a fast-growing tech environment. Office-based in Cape Town, five days a week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales (B2B) experience.
• Proven ability to meet targets and drive growth.
• Strong discovery and questioning skills to uncover needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with decision-makers.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Curiosity and growth mindset to continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales: Source new leads and maximise conversion to new partners.
• Discovery & Consultative Selling: Understand prospect needs and tailor Fresha solutions.
• Full Sales Cycle: Manage opportunities from contact to close and handle objections.
• Pipeline & Performance: Maintain follow-up and hit conversion/revenue targets.
• CRM & Collaboration: Keep CRM up-to-date and coordinate with Commercial/Onboarding teams.
• Market Feedback: Share insights on lead quality and objections to improve approach.
