Job summary

Fresha is seeking an exceptional Inside Sales Representative to join our global team in Cape Town. You will convert qualified inbound leads into active Fresha clients, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle and collaborating with Commercial and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.

The role requires at least two years in sales (B2B preferred), strong communication skills, and a problem-centric selling approach.

Qualifications

• Experience – A minimum of two years’ experience in sales, inside sales, telesales or lead conversion, ideally within a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team targets for lead conversion and revenue.
• Promptly contact qualified inbound leads.
• Understand prospect needs and present Fresha as the solution.
• Present, promote and sell Fresha products in a discovery call format.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close.
