Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years leading or supervising a sales team
• Ability to meet targets under pressure while keeping the team steady
• Strong coaching and people-development skills
• Solid grasp of the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly team performance
• Monitor pipeline and forecast performance
• Report on critical performance metrics to leadership: sales volumes, decline rates, approval ratios, and funded outcomes
• Hold regular one-on-ones and coaching sessions to develop each rep
• Conduct structured daily huddles and live call coaching sessions, including real-time objection handling demonstrations
• Identify underperformance early and implement corrective coaching
• Ensure full compliance with Fundwell's ethical standards and communication protocols
