Placements24 is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Cape Town sales team, driving revenue growth in the financial services software space. The role blends hybrid work with in-office collaboration to maximize teamwork and innovation.

You will mentor a high-performing sales force, develop strategic market plans, and cultivate client relationships across banks, investment firms, and insurers in the Western Cape. A strong track record in SaaS sales and leadership is essential.

• 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software sales, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams to meet revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of financial services industry and SaaS sales cycles.
