Propr is seeking a full-time Concierge in Cape Town to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our properties. You will welcome guests, ensure outstanding stays, and help with on-site tasks to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, customer service or a similar guest-facing environment.
• Strong empathy and emotional intelligence with guest wellbeing in mind.
• Excellent attention to detail (e.g., noticing small issues in rooms).
• Solid knowledge of Cape Town and surrounding areas to recommend venues and experiences.
• Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the fly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them across multiple properties in Cape Town.
• Ensure guests have everything needed for a fantastic stay.
• Conduct property inspections before arrivals and report maintenance issues.
• Present properties to Airbnb-profile standards.
• Assist with welcome packs, baby cots, and other guest requests.
• Provide on-the-ground problem solving and support to guests and team.
• Communicate clearly with guests and the Propr team in writing.
