Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Claims Manager to lead our client’s Cape Town operations in the Western Cape. You will oversee a team of claims adjusters and support staff, driving best practices and fair settlements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in the insurance industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/management role within claims.
• In-depth knowledge of motor, property, liability claims handling procedures.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.

• Supervise daily claims department operations.

• Review and authorize settlements within designated authority limits.
• Develop strategies to optimize claims processing efficiency and reduce settlement times.
