• Proven expertise in managing complex, large-loss commercial claims.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies, legal principles, and claims best practices.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of claims adjusters and assessors handling complex commercial claims.

• Ensure adherence to policy terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements.
