Make it Good is opening a brand-new campus in Cape Town and seeks an experienced operations leader to run the campus end-to-end, from facilities to scheduling and compliance. This on-site role requires the ability to build systems, lead diverse teams and shape the campus's strategy as it grows.

You will develop relationships with employers across the Western Cape, manage budgets, monitor delivery, and represent the business locally, feeding learnings back to Head Office.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years in an operational leadership or campus/site management role.
• Proven track record managing diverse, multi-functional teams.
• Comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment where structures are still taking shape.
• Strong people manager who holds accountability without micromanaging.
• Financially literate, confident handling budget conversations.
• Clear communicator who can turn strategy into action.
• Curious generalist, happy to get into the detail of every function.

Responsabilidades

• Lead campus operations end-to-end: facilities, scheduling, systems and compliance.
• Shape and execute campus strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Build relationships with employers, partners and stakeholders across the Western Cape.
• Lead, develop and support every campus team member.
• Monitor programme delivery and troubleshoot when things go off track.
• Manage campus budget, track performance and flag risks early.
• Spot growth opportunities: new programmes, partnerships and employer relations.
• Be the face of the business in Cape Town, feeding learnings back to Head Office.
