Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Managing Executive (Campus Principal) to lead our IHS North Coast Campus as we prepare to open a new campus in 2028. The role requires strategic thinking, analytics, and comfort in a high-performance environment.

You will oversee people, customer, academic, operations, and sales & marketing management with a strong emphasis on finance, administration, and tech-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in a GM / Executive role.
• Hospitality industry experience essential.
• Understanding of the academic sector, experience in education / training beneficial.
• Strong finance background.
• Solid understanding of sales and marketing.
• Strong admin focus, comfortable with using new and evolving technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee people management across campus operations.
• Drive customer relations and student experience.
• Direct academic management and curriculum oversight.
• Manage day-to-day campus operations and finance.
