Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead agile software development projects using Scrum and Kanban.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain product vision and backlog priorities.
• Remove impediments to ensure timely delivery of increments.
• Monitor risks, issues, and deliverables; implement mitigation strategies.
• Coach teams on agile best practices and foster continuous improvement.
