Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in software development project management, 3+ years in FinTech.
• Proven experience leading agile teams and delivering complex software.
• Familiar with Jira and Confluence; strong SDLC, microservices, and cloud knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple software projects using Scrum/Kanban.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans with resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify risks and dependencies; drive mitigation.
• Communicate with stakeholders and leadership.
• Oversee CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team.
