Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple agile development teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to agile best practices.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of FinTech products and features, from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to define project roadmaps and priorities.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
• Drive process improvements within the agile framework to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Foster a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the development teams.
• Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to identify and implement continuous learning opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years specifically in agile software development environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in a FinTech or complex software product setting.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other agile project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, remote setting.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
