Job summary

Global Recruitment SA is seeking motivated Student Enrolment Agents for our East London office and remote roles across South Africa. Ideal candidates are target-driven sales professionals who can guide prospective students through course options and enrolment processes.

You will engage with leads, provide course information, and convert inquiries into applications, while meeting enrolment targets. The role combines office-based and remote work with a performance-based CPP remuneration structure.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' Contact Centre Sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, organised and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students through various communication channels.
• Provide information and guidance on available courses and study programmes.
• Assist prospective students in selecting suitable courses based on their needs and career goals.
• Manage and convert leads into successful applications and enrolments.
• Meet and exceed individual and team enrolment targets.
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM databases.
• Ensure compliance with enrolment processes, policies and procedures.
• Deliver professional and positive prospective student experiences.
