Qualifications

• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and consultancy skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing and mentoring recruitment teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex executive search assignments from initial client engagement to successful placement.
