Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in executive search or senior recruitment.
• Proven track record placing C-suite or directors.
• Exceptional research, networking, and candidate engagement.
• Strong business acumen across industries.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify executive-level candidates.
• Develop targeted search strategies to identify passive candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of leadership potential.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and industry leaders.
• Manage client relationships and provide expert hiring guidance.
• Prepare candidate profiles and search reports for clients.
• Facilitate interview process and guide offers and negotiations.

• Contribute to firm knowledge base and best practices.
