Job summary

SAB is seeking a Project Manager to lead Supply technology projects across SAB breweries in Africa. You will manage scoping, planning, delivery, and handover of MES/SCADA and OT infrastructure, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will drive adoption of standard platforms, support licensing and version control, and coordinate region-wide rollout with a focus on value realization and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a Systems environment and/or with Control and Automation systems.
• Hands‑on experience with MES, SCADA, OT infrastructure or industrial data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver Supply technology projects (MES, SCADA, OT infrastructure) across breweries in Africa Zone, scoping to handover.
• Develop project scopes, delivery plans and timelines with milestones and critical path across multiple sites.
• Prepare CAPEX and OPEX submissions with business and value cases, managing delivery against budgets.
• Coordinate System Integrators and vendors to ensure standards, scope control and quality.
• Deploy Supply technology standards (OneTech, OneMES, Omnia, TrakSys, SODA, FLOW) site and regionally.
• Support Manufacturing Systems teams with software deployment, licensing and version control.
