Job summary

SAB is seeking a Maintenance Controller to ensure effective maintenance plans for equipment and spares. You will manage planned outages, monitor plan effectiveness, and advise the Brewing Area Manager as needed.

The role requires a trade background, N6 qualification, and 3–5 years of engineering management experience. Maltings experience is highly preferred, with safety and teamwork as core values.

Qualifications

• Trade tested artisan or equivalent in electrical/mechanical trade.
• N6 qualification is required.
• Experience managing engineering/maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance plans for equipment.
• Ensure spares availability for planned work.
• Guide maintenance outages and optimize plans.
• Lead a team to execute maintenance safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with site leadership and engineers on priorities.
