Fouche & Co Recruitment is seeking a marketing lead to own the brand voice across brands and channels, plan content calendars for Instagram and Facebook, and create compelling photo, video and graphic content showcasing product ranges.

You will develop product-led campaigns, drive website traffic, manage landing pages and basic SEO, and coordinate with sales to align marketing with targets. Experience budgeting and reporting ROI is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant marketing/communications qualification.
• 3–5 years of brand, digital or social media marketing experience.
• Proven track record with social media accounts and paid campaigns (Meta).
• Strong content creation skills: photography, video editing and design.
• Experience budgeting and reporting ROI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Self-managed and able to prioritise multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Own the brand voice, look and consistency across all brands and channels.
• Plan and run the content calendar for Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Create or coordinate photo, video and graphic content for product ranges.
• Develop product-led campaigns, launches and promotions.
• Drive traffic and enquiries to the website; manage content, landing pages and basic SEO.
• Track leads and hand to sales with feedback on lead quality.
• Provide marketing assets and sales support material to resellers and partners.
• Pitch ideas and drive joint initiatives with resellers and campaigns with timelines.
• Collaborate with sales to align marketing with targets and events.
• Manage marketing budget and reallocate spend to effective channels.
• Measure ROAS (reach, engagement, cost per lead, conversion) and report with recommendations.
