Job summary

IZI South Africa is seeking a Branch Security Officer at senior/management level to support the Branch Manager in Kempton Park. The role focuses on safeguarding assets, staff safety, and enforcing security procedures across the branch.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in policy adherence, best practices, and sound judgement to drive results while upholding the company values within a dynamic business unit.

Qualifications

• PSIRA Grade B with CIT.
• Firearm competency: handgun and shotgun for business purposes.
• Clear credit and criminal record.
• Driver licence.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce security policies to safeguard assets and staff.
• Manage security personnel and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.
• Investigate theft, vandalism and other security incidents.
• Communicate security policies to employees, customers and suppliers.
• Respond to emergencies and security breaches.
• Regularly audit and assess security procedures and systems.
