Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Branch Manager (Security) for the Vanderbijlpark site to oversee day‑to‑day operations, lead security staff and ensure client requirements are consistently met.

The role requires PSIRA Grade A registration, a minimum of 10 years in security and proven senior management experience. Strong budgeting skills and ISO 9001 knowledge are essential for delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation are mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the security industry.
• Senior security management experience, preferably managing a large workforce.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting and fleet management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Computer literacy – MS Office.
• Valid Driver’s Licence and own reliable transport.
• Firearm competency and clean criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead Operations Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors and security personnel.
• Ensure contractual and client requirements are met.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address operational matters promptly.
• Oversee financial management, budgets, fleet, assets and resources.
• Ensure staff rostering, training and development.
• Monitor service delivery and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct risk assessments and oversee investigations as required.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and standards.
• Prepare operational, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Attend client and internal management meetings.
• Ensure effective administration and operational control across the branch.
