About the Role Our client, a well-established financial services institution, is seeking a diligent and proactive Branch Operations Manager for their branch in Mahikeng . This critical role involves overseeing all operational aspects of the branch to ensure efficient service delivery, compliance with regulations, and effective risk management. The successful candidate will lead a team of banking professionals, manage daily operations, and ensure a superior customer experience. You will be responsible for operational efficiency, staff development, and maintaining the integrity of branch processes. The role is based at the Mahikeng branch and requires full-time on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all daily operational activities of the Mahikeng branch.
