Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise security personnel and daily site operations.
• Ensure all security officers comply with site and contractual requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with the client and address service-related matters.
• Monitor and continuously improve security service levels.
• Conduct regular site assessments and identify potential security risks.
• Implement measures to minimise security threats and unauthorised access.
• Address staff queries, performance issues and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare and submit relevant operational and monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with all security procedures and site requirements.
• Provide strong operational leadership and ensure consistent service delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of security personnel, maintaining high service standards and ensuring all site-specific security requirements are met.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Grade A PSIRA registration and accreditation
• NKP accredited
• 5-8 years' experience in security operations
• Previous shift/site management experience advantageous
• Must reside in or near Vanderbijlpark / Vaal area, or be willing to relocate at own cost
• Own reliable transport
• Computer literate - MS Word and Excel
• Clear criminal record
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills
• Ability to manage, supervise and discipline staff
• Willing to work flexible hours, extended hours and under pressure
