Job summary

Talent Genie AI Recruitment Software is seeking a driven Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations and align activities with company goals. You will lead a diverse team, drive sales, manage stock and credit, and maintain strong customer relationships.

You must have robust leadership and communication skills, a background in business development or management, and a track record of accountability under pressure. ISO compliance and cost controls are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / NQF level 4 or equivalent.
• Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead, motivate, develop and empower branch employees to deliver business goals.
• Drive sales targets and manage operational efficiencies for a profitable branch.
• Ensure excellent customer service by active involvement in customer contact situations.
• Control financial targets within company norms and balance against business risk.
• Maintain and improve customer service, sales performance and stock efficiencies; manage credit risk.
• Minimize stock loss by complying with security and cash handling procedures.
• Lead training, mentoring, coaching and management of staff within the store.
• Ensure ISO and financial controls are adhered to and branch image/assets are maintained.
• Develop and implement local sales strategies aligned with regional goals.
• Identify growth opportunities and work with Product Application Engineers to deliver solutions.
• Oversee stock control, order fulfilment and customer service across branch operations.
• Manage inventory to meet demand while minimising obsolescence and excess stock.
• Collaborate with supply chain to ensure product availability and resolve supply issues.

Job description

Overview:

We require a self-motivated, target driven individual to take accountability and ownership of all branch activities. The role is responsible to communicate and drive daily operations of the branch and ensure its alignment to company goals. The role would drive all people related issues, customer service, sales, stock and credit management within the branch.

Regional Sales Manager

Minimum Skills & Requirements:

• Grade 12 / NQF level 4 or the equivalent

Brief Description Of Key Performance Areas:

• Manage, lead, motivate, develop and empower branch employees - thereby retaining a stable team who is able to deliver business goals
• Drive sales targets and manage operational efficiencies in order to maintain a healthy, profitable business.
• Ensure excellent customer service by playing an active role in customer contact situations - thereby ensuring and maintaining healthy customer relationships.
• Manage as well as control financial targets within company accepted norms and balance this against business risk.
• Maintain and improve customer service, sales performance, stock efficiencies and manage business risk related to credit
• Ensure Stock loss is minimized through compliance with security measures, stock and cash handling procedures.
• People Management - training, mentoring, coaching and management of staff within the store.
• Ensure sound financial and administrative control over branch, including ISO compliance
• Ensure adherence and application of company policies and procedures.
• Accountable for the maintenance of branch image and branch assets
